Carfy

A mobile app where drivers find a car service nearby, compare prices and ratings, book a slot and follow the repair.

Problem: Drivers found it hard to find a mechanic they could trust, get an estimate upfront, book a time that fits and understand the bill. Prices came from phone calls, forums and word of mouth.
My role: I led the product design end to end. I ran interviews and surveys, mapped the customer journey and the information architecture, and made the wireframes, the UI and the mobile design system for iOS and Android.
Result: Over 120 screens in more than 200 hours of work. The app pairs with the Carfy platform for repair shops, and together they make a two-sided marketplace.
